As an Educarer, you should be someone who enjoys working with toddlers aged 18 months to 2 years, and holds much passion for their overall development.
Job Scope:
- Perform routine care for toddlers
- Engage, nurture and motivate children through play and hands-on activities
- Prepare, plan and conduct age-appropriate lessons and activities
- Set up and maintain a safe, clean and conducive environment for learning
- Establish collaborative partnerships with parents for the children’s development
Job Requirements:
- Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY)
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience caring for infants/ toddlers 18months and below
- Must have a valid First Aid Certificate for Infants and Young Children, as recognized by ECDA
- Passionate in working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
